The T-Bones are 7-2 as they continue their first homestand as the top team in the Northern League, after a 13-1 win against the Schaumburg Flyers last night. With two losses, the T-Bones enter the week with two games remaining against Schaumburg including tonight’s 5:05 p.m. contest.
The T-Bones are up a game and a half on the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks in the early going. There are still five opportunities to catch the first place T-Bones at CommunityAmerica Ballpark on the current homestand. The T-Bones wrap up the series with Schaumburg on Monday, May 26, at 7:05 p.m. before welcoming in the Gary-SouthShore RailCats into town for a three game set. The T-Bones will play Gary Tuesday, May 27, through Thursday, May 29, with each game beginning at 7:05 p.m.
While you’re at the ballpark, get your tickets for the third annual Willie Wilson T-Bones Classic on Saturday, May 31, at 7:05 p.m. The game benefits the Children’s Miracle Network of Kansas City; and includes Major League Baseball and Royals Hall of Famers, a former MVP and many other former Major League greats. CommunityAmerica Ballpark gates open at 2:15 p.m. for pre-game festivities, such as an autograph session with some of your favorite players.
